REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Iddhi, we truly value your trust and strive to deliver the best quality with every order. Kindly review our policy before placing your order.

1. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

All purchases made on our store are final.
We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed.

2. SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that finding the perfect fit matters, so we offer a one-time size exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • The product must be in a resalable condition

  • The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

RETURN & RE-SHIPPING PROCESS:

  • Customers must self-arrange the return shipment

  • Reverse pickup is not available

  • The item must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit

  • We offer one-time free delivery across India on the initial order only

  • The cost of returning the product must be borne by the customer

  • Re-shipping charges for the exchanged item will be applicable based on the delivery location

Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

3. PREPAID ORDERS ONLY

All orders must be prepaid.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

4. ORDER ISSUES (DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS)

In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to assist you.

An unboxing video is required for verification. The video must:

  • Start from a sealed package

  • Be clear, continuous, and unedited

  • Clearly show the issue

5. CLAIM REQUIREMENTS

  • The unboxing video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery

  • Claims without valid proof may not be accepted

6. RESOLUTION

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or size exchange, as applicable.

7. FINAL REVIEW

All requests are carefully reviewed to ensure a fair outcome.
Iddhi reserves the right to make the final decision on all claims.
